When should I
reserve?
|
|
You can never plan
too early to ensure availability. All rentals are based on first come
first serve basis. We require a 50% non-refundable booking deposit for
tenting; 25% for all other rental equipment.
|

How does pricing
work?
|
|
Prices quoted are for
a one day event. If your needs are longer term please call our office
for pricing.
|
|
How and when do I
pay?
|
|
Your booking deposit
is applied to the total of your rental bill. Final payment must be
received 7 days before the rental date and can be made by Cash,
Mastercard, Debit, Company or Personal cheques. We also require a
credit card as security on all rental orders.
|

Can I change or
cancel items?
|
|
Reductions in
quantity are accepted without penalty up to 30 days prior to your
event. All final changes must be made 48 hours prior to delivery or
pick up. The purpose of this policy is to ensure accuracy in your
order. In the event of a cancellation, the booking deposit will be
forfeited.

What is my
responsibility for merchandise return?
|
|
Responsibility for
the rented equipment remains with the renter from the time of receipt to
the time of return. Additional charges will apply if the rentals are
not left for pick up in a neat stack.
Tables and chairs
must be knocked down, stacked and ready for pick up.
All China, flatware,
and glassware should be free of food, sorted and repacked in the same
containers in which they were received.
Linens must be refuse
free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Customers will be billed
for garbage and confetti removal from linens. Linens with mildew and
candle wax cannot be cleaned and full replacement charges will be billed
to the client.
Barbeques and
griddles must be returned clean to avoid cleaning charges.

Is delivery
available?
|
|
We do offer delivery
and pick up service for all rental equipment but additional charges will
apply.
|
|
Do I need to be
present to receive a delivery?
|
|
All delivery orders
must be paid in full before contents will leave the warehouse. Orders
which have a balance owing may not be delivered if we cannot contact you
for payment. If you are not going to be home to receive a delivery then
we would appreciate a phone call to our office for drop off
instructions.
Please advise us of
pets, gates or any obstacles which may present a problem prior to our
arrival.

What can I expect
when the truck arrives?
|
|
All delivery and pick
up charges are based on Door to Door service with normal access. Please
inform us at the time of reservation if there are stairs, or difficult
access is involved. Our delivery personnel will neatly stack all items
in a mutually convenient location. We do our best to accurately pack
your order; however, if you discover any missing or damaged items please
inform us immediately after receiving the rental items to avoid any
additional charges upon return.

What time will my
delivery be made?
|
|
All deliveries are
made between 8am and 5pm. Customers are welcome to call on the day of
delivery to inquire about drop off times. We will be able to offer an
approximate window for delivery. We will do our best to accommodate a
specific delivery time, but it is not always possible. If specific
delivery times are necessary then additional charges will apply. After
hours delivery as well as complete setup and take down services are also
available at an additional charge.
